Raavan: The Music

Music Director: A R Rahman
Lyrics: Gulzar

1.Beera Beera (03:15)
Singers:Vijay Prakash, Keerthi Sagathia
Additional vocals: Mustafa Kutoane

A very fresh and new track by the maestro. Heart-rocking and engrossing Afro beats and vocals, delightful singing

2.Behene de (06:04)
Singer:Karthik
Additional vocals: Mohammed Irfan

Karthik's sparky voice catches your ears and compels you to hum along. And then you say "Wow!" Rahman is at his best on this genre. This song will remind you of Satrangi from Dil Se which is his another masterpiece.

3.Thok De Killi (04:58)
Singers:Sukhwinder Singh, Am’nico

This happens very rare: a rock track with Sukhwinder's hard voice by the maestro. Am'nico gives the additional charm. The 01:20 to 01:52 part of the track has a magic to melt your heart.
The lyrics and the guitar is its striking feature.

4.Ranjha Ranjha (05:54)
Singers:Rekha Bharadwaj, Javed Ali
Additional vocals: Anuradha Sriram

An electrifying classical track. Shocked? The classical voices and the electrifying music keeps you busy with the track and asks you to listen it again and again and again...

5.Khili Re (04:11)
Singer:Reena Bhardwaj
Backing vocals: Dr. Narayanan, Naresh Iyer, M. Kuldeep, Shwetha Mohan, Gopika Purnima, Subhiksha, Sri Madhumita

This song acts as a slow poison and leaves you dead at the end with the sweetest voice. The major attraction of the song is the classical flute-sitar composition through 01:20 to 02:00 part of the track.

6.Kata Kata (05:11)
Singers:Ila Arun, Sapna Awasthi, Kunal Ganjawala
Backing vocals: Suzanne D'Mello, Sujatha Majumdar, Nikitha Nigam, Dilshad Shaikh, R.N. Iyer, Arun Ingle, Chintamani Sohoni, Gowtham Bharadwaj

This is something grand for which I fall short of words. All I can say is: if you don't jump off the chair to tap your feet, you're not playing it loud.
